Drake and Serena Williams were an on-and-off couple for the better part of 5 years. Some say her and Drake's fling OVERLAPPED - with Serena's relationship with her now-husband, Alexis Ohanian.
The pair first became friends when Drake attended one of Serena's matches back in 2011. Drake even mentioned Serena in one of his songs, saying:
"I'm with my whole set/Tennis matches at the crib/ I swear I could beat Serena when she playin' with her left."
At the time, she was dating rapper Common, who didn't take kindly to Drake's bars about his bae and a lightweight rap "beef" started, and Common fired shots at him on his track "Sweet." Then "Stay Schemin'" dropped - and we all know what happened with that.
Alexis clearly feels a way about it. We don't blame him for feeling a little insecure. Out of all of her exes, Drake is probably the one who would go out of his way to cause some friction so that he could prove he was the man, and also use it as fodder for his next song. But Serena's new husband is not here for the bs.
