March 21, 2018: A SCANDAL is
brewing surrounding NY rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. Yesterday he went to a
LOCAL BROOKLYN high school – to motivate kids.While there, he threw $10,000 in the air – for the kids to pick up.
But that’s not the scandal. You see, 3 years ago – Tekashi pled guilty to a s*x crime with a child.
According to the website Genius, Daniel Hernandez – Tekashi 6ix9ine’s real name – has “pled guilty to three felony counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.” At the time of the incident, Hernandez was 18 years old. The age of the victim is not specified but was definitely underage.
Under New York law, a person convicted of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance (NY Penal law 263.05) is required to register as a sex offender.
NYC school have a policy of NOT allowing registered s*x offenders near kids.
Tekashi is also now having his affiliation with the Bloods questioned after west coast rapper The Game posted old pics of him with a BLUE bandana bedspread and blue bandanas hanging over his headboard.

Tekashi might be enjoying his decent album sales, but everything else around him is messy. This gang stuff could end with the rapper losing his life. He might be safer in jail!
