January 15, 2018: 30-year-old
Carlos Bell is a former Maryland middle school aide and track coach- who
did the unthinkable. He was arrested last years and accused of s*xually
assaulting 42 boys.The Charles County State’s Attorney’s Office says that Carolos entered the guilty plea to 27 counts. His trial on 206 child abuse offenses had been set to begin Monday.
Carlos abused the boys, aged 11 to 17, while working at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School, between May 2015 and June 2017.
Police confirmed that Carolos allegedly assaulted the students without wearing protection. Carlos is HIV positive.
