And he makes some very DISTURBING threats.In the video, Joseph David James Barbush, 27, could be seen using a racial slur about the victim’s boyfriend and making derogatory remarks directed at the victim:

Joseph made these disturbing statements on SNAPCHAT last Spring. And so far, he HASN’T been charged with a felony.
