September 5, 2017: There is a DISTURBING video that circulating on social media – a teen created “prank” videos, where he ABUSES CHILDREN.The videos, which were uploaded on Snapchat show the prankster PUNT KICKING a 2 year old girl and DROP KICKING a 15 month old.
So far police have NOT taken any action on these videos. If you know the teen who created this video, please contact authorities immediately.
