August 10, 2017: Rapper Bobby Shmurda is still doing prison time. He’s scheduled to be released in four years. Hold ya head Bobito!!!
Bobby Shmurda was sentenced to seven years in prison last October. The rapper tried to persuade a judge to overturn his previously arranged plea deal. “I want to withdraw my plea,” Shmurda stated during his sentencing in a Manhattan courtroom.
But the New York state courts denied Shmurda’s request.
Booby had pleaded guilty to 4th-degree conspiracy to criminally possess a weapon and 2nd-degree criminal weapons possession.
