August 23, 2017: A Texas woman who
was paid to babysit 4-year-old boy is accused of raping the child.
Police say that Esmeralda Marie Medellin, 18, forced the boy to perform a
sex act on her.Esmeralda was arrested on Thursday for the alleged sexual assault, which police say occurred on March 28.
The 4-year-old boy told his mom that Esmeralda had made him perform the act, and she then called police while the babysitter was still in the home, My San Antonio reported.
The boy also said that she also performed a sex act on him, according to KENS5.
According to an arrest affidavit, the boy and Medellin were both taken to a hospital for a sexual assault examination.
