June 29, 2017: A Los Angeles couple got a lesson in PUBLIC DECENCY – by a group of angry citizens.

The couple was spotted having ‘RELATIONS’ inside a public park – in full view of kids. And the citizens had enough.

As the below video shows, an angry citizen SMASHED the man on the head with a bike – appearing to KNOCK HIM UNCONSCIOUS for a moment.
